Hello Cub Scout Families, I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Our Pinewood Derby workshop was a lot of fun. I love seeing all the boys designing and working on their cars. A big Thank You to Mr. Bob and Kevin Osborne who helped us set up, and run the workshop and clean up. I am excited to see all the cars race next month. It is going to be a blast. Hello Pack Families, Our Pinewood Derby is less than a month away on Saturday, February 9th, so I wanted to send out our Official Pinewood Derby Rules, please see attachment, and some Derby Information.. This is one of our best events of the year. The scouts always have a blast. We handed out the Official BSA derby kits at our Christmas Pack Meeting. We will also be having a sibling race and a Parent (Pro Class) race so if any of you are interested in either of those races, you can purchase additional kits for $4.00. Our PInewood Derby workshop is this Saturday, January 19th at my house, 1931 Sanderling Court in Rocklin, for anyone who may need extra help. If your scout didn't receive a kit yet, we will have more available.there. We will have band saws, sanders and a drill press for your use as well as templates you scout can use to design his car. Hi Cub Scout Families, I hope everyone had a good weekend despite the crazy weather. Wasn't that wind last night insane? A huge thank you to all the parents and scouts who turned out this year to volunteer their time to help us pick up trees for our Christmas Tree fundraiser.. This was our biggest crew ever and we so appreciate your service.  You all helped to make this year our best one yet! A huge shout out to Jen and Jason Brown and Cubmaster Bob for all their hard work in running our Fundraiser, from placing out signs, scheduling pick ups, fielding calls, creating our map routes and handling dispatch, they totally rocked it!
