Hello Pack Families, I hope you all had a good weekend. Our Pack's Soapbox Derby on Friday was a roaring good time! The boys had a fantastic time as they rode the "Highway to the Danger Zone" racing our Cubmobiles. Thanks to Mr. Bob for being a wonderful race announcer and for the Top Gun soundtrack. It made our evening. A huge thank you to all our leaders, parents, and Boy Scout helpers who picked up tires, set-up, ran our races, manned the Cub Grub Shack and helped clean up. It takes a village to make our Pack so awesome and we have a fabulous one! Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 in the classrooms at Ruhkala Elementary School.  Please have your son in uniform, with handbook and dues. Webelos 2 Den: Your meeting tomorrow will be at the Whitney Ranch Community Pool, 851 Old Ranch House Road in Rocklin at 6:00pm. Scouts come in your swim trunks as you are going to get wet. Hello Pack Families, I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 in the classrooms at Ruhkala Elementary School.  Please have your son in uniform, with handbook and dues. Lions: If you are still planning on signing up your Kindergartener, please meet in Room 25 as we will be registering new scouts and setting up the Lions schedule. Tigers: You will be meeting in Room 24. We now have our new Tiger leader. Thank you to Heather Borba for stepping up and volunteering. She will be amazing. Bear Den: The Bear Den will be meeting at the Auburn Sheriff's Dept., 2929 Richardson Drive in Auburn for a tour. You will even get to tour the S.W.A.T. too. Please be there by 5:45pm for a 6pm start time. Scouts please be in your Class A uniforms. Webelos 1 Den: There will be no Webelos 1 Den meeting this week. Welcome Race Fans! Next Friday, September 21st, is our annual Soapbox Derby .    We will be bringing out our official Cubmobile Cars (dangerous wooden contraptions on 4 wheels) for your son to race. Hi Cub Scout Families, I hope everyone is having a fun Labor Day weekend.enjoying the nice weather. Everyone had a great time at our Kiddie Pool Kickball night. So fun watching the boys staying cool playing Kickball and sliding into the pools. Wednesday, Pack Ice Cream Social : This Wednesday, September 5th, everyone is invited to our annual Ice Cream Social and Recruiting Night. This will be in the multi-purpose room at Ruhkala Elementary School, starting at 6:30. Scouts, please come in your full Class A uniforms.   If you have a friend who might be interested in joining Cub Scouts, this would be the perfect time to invite them to come and learn about scouting.  There will be fun games and, of course, ICE CREAM !! It will be a great night for the whole family! We will be setting up at 5:30 if any of you can come early to help out, we would really appreciate the help.
