Hello Pack 102 Families, I hope everyone had a nice, relaxing weekend. We have a number of important events going on over the next few weeks, so please bear with me and read through the email for all the pertinent information. Pancake Breakfast Ticket Sales in Progress: Our Pack is once again be hosting our Annual Pancake Breakfast , Saturday, May 11th at the Rocklin Community Festival at Johnson-Springview Park from 8am -11am.  This is a great fundraiser and an excellent opportunity to help out our Charter Organization, the Kiwanis of Rocklin. Last week, we handed out 5 pancake breakfast tickets for each scout to sell.  The tickets are $5.00 each. We would really like to see every scout sell at least 5 tickets , more would be awesome as t his fundraiser helps us pay for some of our summer events. Please turn in all money and any unsold tickets by May 8th. If you didn't receive any tickets or want more than 5, you den leader will h...

Hello Pack Families, I hope everyone had a fun-filled Spring Break and a Happy Easter. Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 in the classrooms at Ruhkala Elementary School except for the following dens: Lions - You have no meeting this week. Mr. Jason's Webelos - You will be meeting at Mr. Jason's house at 6:30. Rocket Derby Cancelled: Unfortunately due to a scheduling conflict with a few of our leaders and a lack of volunteers signing up, we have decided to cancel our Rocket Derby scheduled for this Friday. Thank you to the few parents who signed up.  We appreciate your willingness to volunteer. Leader/Parent Planning Meeting Tomorrow Evening: We have reserved a room at the Whitney Ranch House, 851 Old Ranch House Rd, Rocklin for tomorrow, April 23rd at 6 PM. Hello Pack Families, I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend enjoying the sunshine. Den Meetings: There will be no den meetings this week due to the Spring Break. We will resume meetings on Wednesday, April 24th. Annual Rocket Derby - Help Needed: We are very excited about our Rocket Derby coming up on Friday, April 26th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 5901 Lonetree Blvd. in Rocklin. This is such a super fun event where the kids will build and launch their own rockets . There will be a bounce house and giant slide, face painting station, games/crafts, ball launching station, and snack bar. This is a great time to invite your friends and family to introduce them to all the fun we have with scouting.   So, to make this successful, we are looking for parents to help us out with the following: Set-up: We will start setting everything up on the church grounds at 4:00pm. Hello Cub Scout Families, I hope everyone had a fun weekend and enjoying the start of the Major League Baseball season. Go Giants!! Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 in the classrooms at Ruhkala Elementary School. Please have your scout in uniform with his handbook and dues. Mr. Jason's Webelos 1: You will be meeting at Mr. Jason's house this week at 6:30 to work on the Castaway Elective. See's Easter Candy Sales: I hope you all have been having fun selling the See's delicious Easter candy. If you have your order ready, you can turn it and your money in to me this Wednesday or you can arrange a time to drop it by my house. I need all orders and money turned in by Sunday, April 7th so I can place our order and pick it up in time to hand out before Spring Break.
