Cub Scouts This Week: Den Meetings/Spooky Mini-Golf Sign-up!!

Hello Pack 102 Families,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Wow! That was quite a bit of rain last week. Though the Scouts didn't seem to mind running around in it. Lol.

Den Meetings:
We have regular den meetings this week at 6:30 in the classrooms at Ruhkala Elementary School except for the following dens:

Bear Den:
The Bear Den will be meeting at Ruhkala at 6:00pm this week as you will be going on a short hike to work on your Fur, Feathers and Ferns Adventure. Scouts can come in their Class A uniforms or their Pack t-shirt.

Webelos 1 Den:
The Webelos 1 Den will not be meeting this week.

New Registration:
If you received an application packet last week and plan on signing your son up with our Pack, I will be going to the Council and Scout Store on Wednesday morning and can get your son registered and pick up his uniform. Just arrange a time with me to drop off your application and payment by tomorrow evening.

Popcorn Take-order Sales- Money and Forms Due: October 17th:
Just a reminder that if you have been selling popcorn, your money and forms are due of October 17th so I can place our order in time. Also, please have your son pick a prize or prizes from the prize form based on his total sales and turn that in too.

Spooky Mini-Golf Night Sign-up!
Our Annual Spooky Mini-Golf & Costume Night at Golfland Sunsplash (meet upstairs) is Wednesday, October 24th, at 6:00pm. Cub scouts and the whole family can come in costume!!!  The cost is $5.00 per person for pizza and soda, and and $8.00 per person for mini-golf.

To make things easier and to try to cut down on the long lines the night of our event, we have set up a form on our website for you to sign up and pay ahead of time with a credit card or Paypal.

Please use the link below for our website and click on the "Scary Pumpkin" to Sign up as soon as possible. Make sure to choose how many will be having pizza and how many will be golfing. That way we will know how many in your group will be attending and how much food and golf wristbands to order.

Hi Pack Families, I hope you all are having a fantastic week so far. Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 at Breen Elementary School, 2751 Breen Drive in Rocklin.  As we are now meeting on the School grounds, both parents and Scouts need to bring a mask to wear. Lions: You will be meeting this week in the Library. Tigers/Wolves: You will continue to be outdoors this week to work on your Rolling Tigers Elective Adventure and learn about bike safety. Cub Scouts This Week!

Hello Pack Families, I hope you all had a safe and Happy New Year! I can't believe it is already 2022. Looking forward to this year being better than the last and getting back to all of our fun scouting activities. Den Meetings: There are no den meetings this week. Our meetings will resume next week on Wednesday, January 12th. An email will be sent out next week to let you know where we will be meeting. Pack Leader Planning Meeting: We have scheduled a Pack Leader planning meeting for this Tuesday, January 4th at 6:30 at  Cubmaster Nicky's house, 2128 Broken Rail Lane in Rocklin.  We will be planning out the Pack schedule for the next 2-3 months. I apologize for the last minute, trying to coordinate schedules has been challenging. I will be bringing pizza for dinner so if you are able to come, please let me know so I know how much to buy. Cub Scouts This Week: Fireworks Booth Sales Continue!

Hi Cub Scout Families, Hope you are staying cool this weekend. It is a hot one for sure. Due to our Fireworks Sales Fundraiser this week there are no scheduled activities. But speaking of Fireworks, I know like a broken record again, Lol.... Fireworks Booths - Help Needed - More Shifts Still Open!! The following shifts for our Fireworks Booth still have openings that we still need to be filled, especially on the July 3rd and 4th . Those days are where we do most of our business. Your help is really needed to make this a successful fundraiser for us again this year.
