Christmas Pack Meeting Help Needed:
Our Christmas pack meeting is a little over one week away on Wednesday, December 12th and we are still looking for parents to help us out this year with the following:

Craft Tables:  We still need at least another 6 or 7 parents or parent teams, who can come up with a fun Christmas craft and a willingness to help kids make something cool for the holiday in a short period of time.  Last year we had a simple cookie decorating table, a candy cane reindeer, and a snowflake ornament table and more. Please let me know what you would be willing to help with.

Snow Ball Preparation:  Our snowball fight is always a favorite with our kids!  We need some dads to help set this up again this year.  We need sturdy cardboard barricades (made from refrigerator boxes from RC Willey) so if any of you have a truck and can pick a few boxes up for us that would be great. We also need paper snowballs made in advance from copy paper. Just bring as many as you can make in a garbage bag or two..

Cookies, Snacks, Cocoa, etc:  please plan on bringing a plate of holiday goodies to share; cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc. Doesn't have to be homemade, store bought is great too!  We also need someone to be in charge of helping serve hot chocolate.

Please drop me an email as soon as possible to let me know what you can help with.  Thanks in advance for helping to make our Pack Christmas Party a fun experience for our boys and families.

Have a great week!

Miss JoAnn
