Fireworks Booth: More Helped Needed!!!

Hi Cub Scout Families,

I hope you all are having a great week despite the heat.

Fireworks Booth, Help Needed:
I really hate to keep hounding everyone but we desperately need more parents to sign up to help us run the our booth this year.  Parent participation is crucial to the success of this fundraiser. It is our biggest of the year and helps us fund so much, It helps us purchase all our Pack and camping gear as well as all the awards, badges, supplies and food for so many events, helps us keep your costs down for registration and events, etc. It is the reason we can provide such a quality program for all our scouts and families.

It takes a village to make our Pack great and you are that village. I realize that life gets busy and it is a holiday, but we really need more people to fill the open spots The more we spread the load, the easier it is. Note: Unfortunately kids aren't allowed in the booth with the parents but we plan to have an easy up, chairs and some fans set up outside so they can hang out with you in needed...

Delivery and Set-up:
Our fireworks will be delivered Wednesday morning between 8am and 12pm. We need a few people to come help me check in our inventory, put it in the storage container and start labeling the booth .The freight company is supposed let me know approximately when they will be arriving so if any of you are available during that time and able and willing to help, please let me know and I can contact you when I know about what time they will be arriving.

Also, attached is our Fireworks flyer, please use it to email out to all your local friends and family, to help us get the word out that we are selling fireworks again this year. Facebook and Twitter postings would be awesome too. Our Booth is in the Bank of America shopping center at the corner of Sunset and Park.

Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 at Breen Elementary School, 2751 Breen Drive in Rocklin.  As we are now meeting on the School grounds, both parents and Scouts need to bring a mask to wear. Cub Scouts This Week!

Hello Pack Families, I hope you all had a safe and Happy New Year! I can't believe it is already 2022. Looking forward to this year being better than the last and getting back to all of our fun scouting activities. Den Meetings: There are no den meetings this week. Our meetings will resume next week on Wednesday, January 12th. An email will be sent out next week to let you know where we will be meeting. Pack Leader Planning Meeting: We have scheduled a Pack Leader planning meeting for this Tuesday, January 4th at 6:30 at  Cubmaster Nicky's house, 2128 Broken Rail Lane in Rocklin.  We will be planning out the Pack schedule for the next 2-3 months. I apologize for the last minute, trying to coordinate schedules has been challenging. I will be bringing pizza for dinner so if you are able to come, please let me know so I know how much to buy. Hi Cub Scout Families, Hope you are staying cool this weekend. It is a hot one for sure. Due to our Fireworks Sales Fundraiser this week there are no scheduled activities. But speaking of Fireworks, I know like a broken record again, Lol.... Fireworks Booths - Help Needed - More Shifts Still Open!! The following shifts for our Fireworks Booth still have openings that we still need to be filled, especially on the July 3rd and 4th . Those days are where we do most of our business.
