Cub Scouts This Week: Scouting for Food - Food Pick-up!

Good Evening Pack Families,

I hope you all had a great weekend. Thank you to those who came out for our Scouting for Food event and handed out flyers. We covered all our assigned areas except for one route. If anyone is interested in handing out flyers for that one, the Redwood Drive area of our Cresleigh Springs neighborhood, please let me know.

Den Meetings:
We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 in the classrooms at Ruhkala Elementary School.  Please have your son in uniform, with handbook and dues.

Bear Den:
The Bear Den will be having a Police Station Tour this Wednesday. Please meet at 6:15pm at the Rocklin Police Station, 4080 Rocklin Road. Please have your scouts in their uniforms.
Webelos 2 Den:
There will no den meeting this week due to a planned outside activity this weekend. More details will follow. If your scout still has some Arrow of Light requirements to finish up, please have him complete those this week.

Webelos 2 Slide Show Pictures:
If you have not yet sent your scout's pictures to Mr. Frank, you need to do so ASAP. Please send your pictures to: frank.ley@outlook.com You don't want to miss having your scout in the farewell slide show.

Scouting for Food, March 10th:
This Saturday, March 10th will be our "Scouting for Food" pick up day.  We need all the help we can get going through the neighborhoods and pickling up all the food donations that will be left out for us.  If you can come out and give us an hour or two of your time, we would really appreciate it. Boys should be in uniform. 

We will once again be meeting/staging at 10:00 am at the Stone's house, 1931 Sanderling Court, Rocklin.  Donuts and hot chocolate will be provided. If you have a wagon or cart to bring, that would be very helpful. All food will be dropped back off at my house. I will need a couple people preferably with trucks to help transport the food to the District's collection location when we are finished.

For those who took a route last week and handed out flyers, if you are able to go back and pick up for your original route, please let me know. You can either come by for donuts first or just start your route after 9am..

Hi Pack Families, I hope you all are having a fantastic week so far. Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 at Breen Elementary School, 2751 Breen Drive in Rocklin.  As we are now meeting on the School grounds, both parents and Scouts need to bring a mask to wear. Cub Scouts This Week!

Hello Pack Families, I hope you all had a safe and Happy New Year! I can't believe it is already 2022. Looking forward to this year being better than the last and getting back to all of our fun scouting activities. Den Meetings: There are no den meetings this week. Our meetings will resume next week on Wednesday, January 12th. An email will be sent out next week to let you know where we will be meeting. Pack Leader Planning Meeting: We have scheduled a Pack Leader planning meeting for this Tuesday, January 4th at 6:30 at  Cubmaster Nicky's house, 2128 Broken Rail Lane in Rocklin.  We will be planning out the Pack schedule for the next 2-3 months. I apologize for the last minute, trying to coordinate schedules has been challenging. I will be bringing pizza for dinner so if you are able to come, please let me know so I know how much to buy. Cub Scouts This Week: Fireworks Booth Sales Continue!

Hi Cub Scout Families, Hope you are staying cool this weekend. It is a hot one for sure. Due to our Fireworks Sales Fundraiser this week there are no scheduled activities. But speaking of Fireworks, I know like a broken record again, Lol.... Fireworks Booths - Help Needed - More Shifts Still Open!! The following shifts for our Fireworks Booth still have openings that we still need to be filled, especially on the July 3rd and 4th . Those days are where we do most of our business. Your help is really needed to make this a successful fundraiser for us again this year.
