Pinewood Derby Tomorrow!!

Welcome Race Fans!!!!
 
Our exciting Pinewood Derby is finally here!!

Race Day is tomorrow, February 10th in the Multi-Use Room at Ruhkala Elementary.
 
What a great time this will be!  Racing! Crafts! Awards! Food! Fun!

Opening flags are at 2:30.  Please have your scouts attend in uniform.

If you still need to register your car, registration will be from 1:30 - 2:00pm. Please be on time so that we can get you entered into the system in time for the race.

Pinewood Derby Cafe:
Get you engines started and your grub on at the Annual Pinewood Derby Cafe! Succulent Burgers, and Jumbo Dogs.  plus chips or fruit, drinks and enough candy and cookies to get you across the finish line.

We will be open at 1:30pm for your dining pleasure

All proceeds go towards our Webelos II Arrow of Light Ceremony.  Soon these young men will cross the threshold from Cub Scout to Boy Scout as their Adventures continue.  Let's help make sure these boys have a wonderful ceremony and memories for a lifetime. Credit Cards are accepted!

Parent Help Needed!
In order to make this a fun event that goes smoothly, we really do need lots of parent volunteers. We need help with set up and decorations starting at 12:00pm. We also need parents to help with running some fun tables; a craft table for making tie slides and a puzzle and coloring table. Please let me know if you can come early to help.

I am excited to see all the amazing cars and I hope to see you all there!

Hi Pack Families, I hope you all are having a fantastic week so far. Den Meetings: We have regular den meetings this Wednesday at 6:30 at Breen Elementary School, 2751 Breen Drive in Rocklin.  As we are now meeting on the School grounds, both parents and Scouts need to bring a mask to wear. Lions: You will be meeting this week in the Library. Tigers/Wolves: You will continue to be outdoors this week to work on your Rolling Tigers Elective Adventure and learn about bike safety. Cub Scouts This Week!

Hello Pack Families, I hope you all had a safe and Happy New Year! I can't believe it is already 2022. Looking forward to this year being better than the last and getting back to all of our fun scouting activities. Den Meetings: There are no den meetings this week. Our meetings will resume next week on Wednesday, January 12th. An email will be sent out next week to let you know where we will be meeting. Pack Leader Planning Meeting: We have scheduled a Pack Leader planning meeting for this Tuesday, January 4th at 6:30 at  Cubmaster Nicky's house, 2128 Broken Rail Lane in Rocklin.  We will be planning out the Pack schedule for the next 2-3 months. I apologize for the last minute, trying to coordinate schedules has been challenging. I will be bringing pizza for dinner so if you are able to come, please let me know so I know how much to buy. Hi Cub Scout Families, Hope you are staying cool this weekend. It is a hot one for sure. Due to our Fireworks Sales Fundraiser this week there are no scheduled activities. But speaking of Fireworks, I know like a broken record again, Lol.... Fireworks Booths - Help Needed - More Shifts Still Open!! The following shifts for our Fireworks Booth still have openings that we still need to be filled, especially on the July 3rd and 4th . Those days are where we do most of our business.
